Legitimacy: Consent given by the policyholder at the moment of taking out a certain insurance product and the legitimate interest for the sending of commercial communications about own products similar to those that were taken out in due course.
In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016) the Client is informed that the personal data requested will be processed by ARTAI in its capacity as Controller of the Data Processing.
