• Legitimacy: Consent given by the policyholder at the moment of taking out a certain insurance product and the legitimate interest for the sending of commercial communications about own products similar to those that were taken out in due course.
• In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016) the Client is informed that the personal data requested will be processed by ARTAI in its capacity as Controller of the Data Processing.
